Penguin Safari down?

Hello everyone, lately Penguin Safari has been down for a long period of time. I haven't been on Penguin Safari since Wednesday. Although, it might be Offline at certain times. Because, when it's night here in Australia, it's Day time on the other side of the World. So when I'm sleeping, Penguin Safari is Online! And when I'm awake, it's Offline. Confusing right? Anyway, here's what it says when there are No Servers Online..

Do you think Penguin Safari should have a Dedicated Server which keeps it up and running 24/7? Comment your thoughts below..
